The Ghories, an accounting & financial firm, was in a dire need to have a professionally simple, elegant, and easy-to-navigate website with a moderate number of tabs and less bulky theme. Fullstop took up the challenge to build an impeccable website that not only streamlines the business process but also helps the company to drive more traffic through digital marketing campaigns and ultimately gain a good reputation in the industry.


After a lot of brainstorming, it was decided to design and develop a polished and user-friendly e-commerce website for Ghories that would be easy for non-technical people to browse through, well optimized for desktop and mobile phones, and fully equipped with necessary tools to aim for high google ranking.

Bookkeeping is an important part of the business as it involves financial and accounting documents such as income tax records, financial statements, and more. The Ghories specializes in bookkeeping, accounting, business plan, and administrative assistance. The firm massively expanded in recent years and required to re-design and put life to the old and outdated website.

Mood Boards

In order to initiate the creative process, we started making the mood boards and put those ideas into the practical form. All the mood boards we worked on were made with a single thought to impact the user experience in a good way. This session helped us to show the client what would be the best fit for their website in terms of colors, fonts, and the overall look of the website.

The Sketch

Before going into the digital transformation phase, we sketched the wireframes and used the paper and pencil so that we can easily make changes and improve the structure according to the need. Through sketches, we showed a solid collection of choices to our client.

The successful completion of mood boards and sketches brought us to the key challenge of main design process. We created a responsive website in order to provide an optimal user experience across a wide range of devices. It was great to tackle the unique challenge of allowing users to instinctively navigate the website, access the shopping cart, feedback and contact forms, newsletter signup and avail more services.

For a seamless user experience, we built a simple and easy to access main page of the website. We checked it for all the user-friendly characteristics such as mobile compatibility, a well-organized information architecture, browsing consistency, and effective navigation. A lot of time was invested to improve the load time of the website. We added correct labels for all the fields and used correct validation. It played a major role in enhancing the visibility of the main page and website.

Secondary Pages

In addition to a prolific home page, the website is equipped with striking secondary pages to help the visitors explore everything on the website. We paid attention to detail while setting up the best headings for all the pages as the first thing that a user notices about a website is the nice and catchy heading. As a result of extensive research, we found the hook to catch users’ attention and tempt them to stay on the website and that's how a smart savvy and highly professional interface came into being.
